Equality

The Declaration of Independence states that “all men are created equal.”

This must be applied to the 21st century. The rights afforded to Americans today cover far more breadth and depth than originally intended, and that's a good thing.

We have come far from being the original democratic test subject of the late 1700's and, fortunately, our liberties have increased exponentially over time. Unfortunately, it is still not good enough.

All humans regardless of gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation are created equal and deserve equal protection under the law as a basic human right. Discrimination cannot be tolerated and it is our solemn duty to always protect the most vulnerable people against any discriminatory practice.
